Information You Provide
- Contact Form Submissions: name, email, and the message you type.
- Calendly Booking: When you book a meeting, Calendly collects the details you submit and shares them with us.
- Business Communications: If you email or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever information you send.
Automatic Data
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: privacy-focused, aggregated traffic metrics (pages viewed, approximate geography, device type). We do not see individual IP addresses from this service.
- Server Logs: Our hosting provider may log IP address and basic request data for security/debugging.
- Embedded Media: Playing an embedded YouTube video may allow YouTube/Google to collect usage data under their own policies.
How We Use Information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Schedule calls / demos and prepare for engagements.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., regulated-market consulting engagements).
- Send limited follow-up communications related to your inquiry. We do not add you to broad marketing lists without your opt-in.
Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, our processing is generally based on: (i) legitimate interests (responding to B2B inquiries, website operation); (ii) contract (pre-contract discussions, service agreements); and (iii) legal obligations (regulated industries, tax, security).
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months unless we enter into an engagement requiring longer retention (e.g., contractual or regulatory recordkeeping). You may request deletion sooner (see “Your Rights”).
Sharing & Disclosure
- Vendors: Hosting, email, analytics (Cloudflare), scheduling (Calendly), and similar tools that help us operate.
- Regulatory / Legal: We may disclose if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or clients.
- Business Transactions: In a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, data may be transferred consistent with this Policy.
International Transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a small B2B company (e.g., access controls, encrypted transport, vetted vendors). No system is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or laws change. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, if material, provide a notice on the site.
